Entrant's guide to submitting work.
Before you can submit your story or article, you must first be registered on the Wills Writing Awards website (www.willswritingawards.com).
When you find yourself on the main website, hover over the 'Entry Requirements' menu item on the left hand side of the page, then click on 'Register'. You will be taken to a registration page. Take some time to fill out all of the fields correctly, noting that each field with an asterisk (*) after it is a required field, and must be filled in before the system will register you (Also bear in mind that your Date of Birth MUST be entered in dd/mm/yyyy format).
Once you have completed the form, click the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.
When you have registered successfully, you will have the opportunity to upload your entry. If you have your finished article ready to go, simply click on the 'Browse' button, locate your entry and press 'upload'.
Alternatively, return to the main website homepage, hover over the entry requirements menu item on the left hand side, then click 'submit your entry' and repeat the instructions above.
BEFORE you click on 'Upload', please be aware:
- The file name of your entry MUST have your DATE OF BIRTH and FULL NAME somewhere.
- You will only have one opportunity to upload your entry - so please click carefully!
