ELIGIBILITY

With immediate effect, the ineligibility of employees of the national and racing press is restricted to those therein employed in a journalistic capacity.

Accordingly, for the avoidance of doubt, those employed in the national and racing press, other than in a journalistic capacity, along with freelancers thereon, are eligible for the 2009 awards, entries for which close on Saturday 28 February 2009.
