Judges

There will be seven judges for the 2010 Awards.

For the 9th consecutive year, the judges will be chaired by Brough Scott. Mr Scott was a founder of the Racing Post, long term Chief Presenter of Channel 4 Racing, and three times Sports Feature Writer of the Year.

For the 18th consecutive year, Catherine Wills will be a judge. She is Martin Wills’ sister, a DPhil art historian and a member of the Jockey Club.

Sean Magee has been involved in the judging of the awards since 2005. He is a racing journalist and author, with several books on, or in collaboration with, racing icons.

The identity of the four other judges will be revealed on 9 January 2010, at the time of the official launch.”
